Role Overview
The Social Media Manager will be a crucial player in our marketing team, responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to enhance our brand’s voice and presence. You will collaborate with various departments, including marketing, product development, and PR, to ensure a consistent and engaging brand message across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities

- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform social media strategies.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, budgets, and performance tracking.
- Train and supervise junior team members on social media best practices.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports to present to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a social media manager or similar role.
- Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Demonstrated creativity and a passion for storytelling through digital platforms.
